CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (March 2, 2026) – Starting Monday, March 9, the Utilities Department customer payment center will serve customer walk-ins at a new location:
Promenades Mall
3280 South Tamiami Trail, Unit 505
Port Charlotte, FL 33952
The new payment center will be located behind Aldi and is accessed easiest via Harbor Boulevard.
Starting Monday, March 9, customer walk-ins will no longer be served at the Charlote County Administration Center. Hours of operation at the new location will remain from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday, except holidays.
