Building Construction

Building Construction is a division of the Community Development Department. It is responsible for the following services: plan review, building permits, inspections, Florida Building Code compliance and contractor licensing compliance for the building trades.

• Monday - 9am to 3pm. Last customer taken at 2:30pm. Phones are not answered after 3pm.
• Tuesday through Friday - 7:30am to 3pm. Last customer taken at 2:30pm. Phones are not answered after 3pm.

Inspector hours: 7am to 3:30pm (in the field only) Monday through Friday (except holidays).
