This Study is focused on exploring alternative/additional mode(s) of access to/from Charlotte County's bridgeless barrier islands for the transferring of people, goods, and/or services between the islands and the mainland. These islands include Palm Island, Little Gasparilla Island, Don Pedro Island, and Knight Island/Thornton Key.

Completed the Human Services integrated services model with Phase 2 following the completion of Phase 1. Phase 2 enabled youth services to be constructed as a separate building on the campus. In Phase 2 of the FSC project, the Human Services' staff offices were constructed along with critical shared support facilities, maker space, and expanded services.
