Harbor Boulevard Intersection Improvements

This project incorporates the design of safety improvements to the intersection of Harbor Boulevard and Access Road.

Outfall culverts that were replaced or repaired due to hurricane damage are required to have a manatee exclusion grate installed. These grates help prevent manatees from getting stuck in the culvert. There are 37 culvert locations throughout the county that will have these grates installed.

Supervisor of Elections Warehouse

Provide new 20,000 sq ft +/- facility up to current code, meet needs of required climate controlledspace by the Supervisor of Elections. The facility shall include climate-controlled storage area for sensitive polling equipment and related supplies and support staff. Must be readily accessible and support staff needs for monitoring tabulation. Preferably house SOE administrative offices and serve public visitation in the same location. Includes 10,000 sq ft for emergency managemet and facilities.

Burnt Store Water Reclamation Facility Expansion

This expansion project will increase wastewater treatment capacity for the Burnt Store service area.

East Port Water Reclamation Facility Expansion

This project includes the expansion of the current water reclamation facility to treat six million gallons of wastewater per day to nine million gallons per day. The project also includes advanced wastewater treatment, which is a valuable addition to the treatment process to ensure treated water has as low concentrations of nutrients as possible.
