As part of the CMP, Community Services is conducting structural assessments on all piers, boardwalks, seawalls and boat ramps; through this assessment process it was bought to CS attention that Riverside Boat Ramp provides immediate safety concerns. During the site analysis the engineer determined the ramp could not be repaired in place; this project will be to design a replacement ramp that alleviates the safety issues.

Construction of a replacement District 4 Headquarters Facility with a training component and K9 kennel/training area replacing existing facilites. The district office will utilize the prototype layout from District 1. The training building area will be incorporated into a single facility. Surveying, design, permitting, and construction oversight for dredging of parts of the Sunrise, George Road, and the Gardner Drive channels for the Buena Vista Waterway MSBU. The project also includes a beach sand replenishment component at the Charlotte County Beach Park, Bayshore Live Oak Park, and the Chester Roberts Park.
