Online inspection scheduling: Contractors only. Available 24/7. Request must be made by 8 p.m. to be eligible for next day service.

Permit counter and phone hours (except holidays): 
  • Monday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Tuesday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Inspector hours: 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (in the field only) Monday through Friday (holidays).

Englewood Permitting Site Open

A pop-up permitting site at 6868 San Casa Drive, Englewood, is open for residential storm-related permits. Commercial permits unavailable. Visit the main office at 18400 Murdock Circle for other permits.

Hours: Monday: 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Tuesday-Friday: 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
