Completed the Human Services integrated services model with Phase 2 following the completion of Phase 1. Phase 2 enabled youth services to be constructed as a separate building on the campus. In Phase 2 of the FSC project, the Human Services' staff offices were constructed along with critical shared support facilities, maker space, and expanded services.
